  1. How to prevent waste ?

   
  Strength the management of construction management personnel, design the mortar proportion in a reasonable way, never increase the mixing amount of the product at random and implement the control in the total amount.

   

  2 Could the strength of mortar be decreased if product made by your Company is added into it? How to increase mortar strength effectively?

   

  The strength of mortar will not be decreased. Our Company products are not the common and traditional air entraining mortar admixtures in the market but the non-air-entraining materials mainly increasing the flowability of mortar; moreover it may decrease the water demand of mortar by about 20% and increase mortar strength and will not decrease mortar strength. The methods for increasing mortar strength include: use the lime king or MODELE made by Our Company; increase the content of cement; decrease water demand of mortar of unit volume; use the clean sand with low silt content; and moisture of brick wall or wall prior to masonry or plastering.

   

  3 How many bricks can be laid by the“ Jiu Zhi” QIDELE per pack?

  The number of bricks can be laid by the following product per pack is as shown as follows: one-star grade: 10,800 pieces; two-star grade: 22,000 pieces; three-star grade: 38,000 pieces; four-star grade: 64,500 pieces; and five-star grade: 86,700 pieces.

   

  4. As for one ton of five-star grade “Jiu Zhi” QIDELE, how many packets is it and how many lime and cement can be saved and how much benefit can it bring? How much does it save the cost when mixing “Jiu Zhi” QIDELE into mortar?

   

  One tone of five-star grade“Jiu Zhi””QIDELE may lay 3,468,000 bricks, save 500 tons of cement and 600 tons of lime paste and bring the economic benefit of more than USD 30,000 Dollars.

   

   

  5. I know that the mortar king manufactured by such regular factories as yours has a good quality, but the workers here do not know how to control the amount, which causes a better effect by use of worse mortar king.

   

  At first, the packaging bag of mortar king manufactured by Our Company is equipped with the quantitative spoon; and we provides the small package of 100g and 5kg, so it facilitates the site operation and management and effectively control material consumption and construction cost.

   

  6.  Could the cracking or hollowing phenomenon appear when the “Jiu Zhi” MODELE manufactured by your Company is used to paint?

   
  “Jiu Zhi” MODELE manufactured by Our Company has a good function of preventing the cracking or hollowing and the high polymer exported in raw material components has a good flexibility, distributes in the mortar system uniformly and buffers and releases the external stress exerted to the mortar in time and effectively avoids contraction distortion and cracking and hollowing. The component may make up for the deficiency of cement and other inorganic materials at the aspect of bond performance and subsequently improve the mortar viscosity. Introduction of anti-cracking PPF fibers effectively prevents the cracking of the plaster layer.

   

  7. Which series of products of your Company have the most advantages?

  8. How many walls (outer wall and interior wall) can the “Jiu Zhi” MODELE paint?

   

  It may paint a total area of 1,520 m² of wall per pack of MODELE（25kg）

   

  9. How to improve the construction efficiency.

   

  Methods for improvement of construction efficiency:
  (1) adoption of mechanical mixing;
  (2) use mortar admixture manufactured by Our Company to improve the mortar flowability and bonding force to save labor and time, decrease the scattered mortar and reduce waste.
